Jamie Oliver opened this restaurant in 2002 as a kind of training center for young talented people. Since then, they have trained more than 500 chefs and the place evolved into a great restaurant. They serve dishes from all around the world prepared from high-quality local produce. This place also includes a busy bar with award-winning bartenders.
