4-Day Private Poon Hill Trekking Tour

The Poon Hill Trek takes you through the Annapurna region, one of our favourite trails to share with guests. Some call it the short Annapurna Circuit Trek. It is full of picturesque villages and beautiful rhododendron forests. If you come in spring, between March and April, the rhododendrons are in bloom and the whole forest turns different shades of red and pink. The highlight of the trek is the early morning walk up to Poon Hill (3,210 m), where you get a wonderful sunrise view of the whole Annapurna range, including Dhaulagiri (8,167 m), Annapurna I (8,091 m), Machhapuchhre (6,997 m), and more. The trail has some ups and downs, but it is suitable for anyone with a basic level of fitness. The climb up to Ulleri, with its more than 3,000 stone steps, is the hardest part. It takes some effort, but we promise it is worth it.
